Abstract: The satisfaction of the community is a very important factor and determines the success of a business entity because the public are consumers of the products or services it generates. Problems found in the study are the complaints about the lack of visitors going to the Ministry as well as the facilities and infrastructure that are going on in Immigration Office Class III Non TPI Of Palopo, so the impact on the number of visitors Immigration Office Class III Non TPI Of Palopo. This study aims to analyze the quality of service provided to the public health center or community Immigration Office Class III Non TPI Of Palopo and to determine the level of conformity between the performance of the Ministry of public health with the hope of Community importance or use of the service. Analysis tools are used is to use the community's Satisfaction Index (IKM). Community satisfaction (IKM) is calculated using the weighted average value of each item of service in accordance with the decision of the Minister for Administrative Reform No. 25 of 2004. The methods used to determine the level of conformity is a method of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The Research Community Satisfaction Index measurement (IKM) indicates the quality of the given services Immigration Office Class III Non TPI Of Palopo still less well, based on the average value of the elements of each service unit at the clinic. Abstract: Organizations need good performing human resources. Human resources (employees) shown in performance results thanks to work motivation that is built from a good work environment and leadership style. This research is intended to improve organizational activity and performance, where excellent service quality depends on organizational human resources who have high work motivation thanks to the work environment and leadership style that influence it. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the Work Environment and Leadership Style variables on Performance Variables through Work Motivation Variables. This research is an empirical study of employees at the Non TPI Palopo Class III Immigration Office. Work Environment and Leadership Style as Dependent Variables from Employee Performance as Independent Variables through Job Satisfaction as Intervening Variables (mediation). This research is an associative research using a quantitative approach. Collecting data using a closed questionnaire with a sample of 66 employees. Abstract: Pendidikan karakter menjadi isu utama di Indonesia, terutama untuk menumbuhkan sikap positif peserta didik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi nilai karakter yang dikembangkan dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam. Penelitian menggunakan deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif, melibatkan 25 informan. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan prinsip on going anlysis, melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menemukan tiga karakter dasar yang dominan dalam pembelajaran, yakni Sipakatau’ (saling memanusiakan), Sipakainge’ (saling mengingatkan), dan Warani (berani). Ketiga nilai karakter ini diimplementasikan sebagai hidden curricullum dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam. Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengeruh pelatihan dan pengembangan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Palopo. Sampel yang dingunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 37 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah alisis regresi berganda. Nilai signifikan Pelatihan sebesar 0,000 nilai ini berada di bawah 0,05 yang berarti Pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian H1 yang menyatakan bahwa Pelatihan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan diterima.Nilai signifikan Pengembangan sebesar 0,030 nilai ini berada di bawah 0,05 yang berarti Pengembangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian H2 yang menyatakan bahwa Pengembangan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan diterima.Secara simultan bahwa Pelatihan dan Pengembangan secara bersama sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja.2023-01-01T00:00:00Z
